Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the Match Royale platform by venue owners ("Venues") and by guests participating in venue tournaments ("Guests"). By accessing the platform you agree to these Terms.

Submitting a Founding Venue Reservation expresses interest in participating in Match Royale and unlocks the venue immediately inside the platform. Formal contracting, invoicing and payment arrangements are handled separately. The introductory World Cup package is offered at €99 per venue.

Participation by Guests is free. Guests join a venue by scanning a QR code and creating a session-based player. No purchase is required to play or to be eligible for venue rewards, unless the venue explicitly states otherwise on-premises.

Match Royale does not award cash prizes. Any rewards advertised in the app are defined and fulfilled by the participating venue.

• No cheating, multi-accounting or automated participation.
• No use of the platform for unlawful gambling.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Match Royale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Match Royale is not responsible for the accuracy of live match data provided by third-party feeds (e.g. API-Football). Final scoring is based on the data available at the time of evaluation.

All rights in the Match Royale platform, brand and software remain with the provider. Venues receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of their subscription.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to venue owners by email or in-app notice with reasonable notice.
